Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Tapestry, we may collect:
- name, email address, mailing address, and other contact information;
- property and residence information;
- Family Office, executive assistant, household, or authorized representative information;
- service inquiries, consultation requests, and engagement preferences;
- travel preferences, itineraries, arrival and departure information, and related lifestyle information;
- vendor, contractor, and household personnel information;
- billing, invoice, transaction, expense, and payment-related records;
- documents, photographs, reports, inventories, project records, maintenance records, and other information uploaded to or maintained through the client portal;
- emergency contact information;
- information concerning property access, credentials, security protocols, and household operations where required for an engagement;
- technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, and website usage information;
- account and authentication information used to access the client portal;
- communications sent to Tapestry by email, portal, form, or other authorized channel.
Tapestry may also receive information from a Principal's Family Office, executive assistant, authorized representative, vendor, service provider, or other person authorized to provide information relating to an engagement.
Sensitive Information
Because of the nature of private estate management, some information entrusted to Tapestry may be highly sensitive, including residence locations, access information, travel schedules, household information, financial administration records, property photographs, emergency information, and security-related information.
We collect and use such information only where reasonably necessary for authorized services, operational administration, security, legal compliance, or another legitimate business purpose.
Sensitive information should be submitted only through channels approved by Tapestry for that purpose.
How We Use Information
We may use personal information to:
- respond to inquiries;
- schedule consultations;
- evaluate prospective engagements;
- establish and administer client accounts;
- provide contracted estate, lifestyle, Home Watch, travel, project, vendor, residence, and Family Office support services;

- communicate with Principals, Family Offices, authorized representatives, household personnel, vendors, and service providers;

- comply with applicable law, court orders, regulatory requirements, or lawful government requests;

We do not use confidential client information for unrelated advertising or public marketing without authorization.
Client Portal
The Tapestry client portal may allow authorized users to access reports, documents, financial information, vendor records, project information, property information, photographs, schedules, and other engagement materials.
Portal access is restricted to authorized users.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for promptly notifying Tapestry of suspected unauthorized access.
Tapestry may suspend or restrict portal access where reasonably necessary to protect security, confidentiality, the integrity of an account, or other users.
Service Providers

Independent providers remain responsible for their own privacy, security, professional, and regulatory obligations.
Payment Information

Sale of Personal Information

Tapestry does not sell client residence information, household information, travel information, security information, portal data, or client profiles.

Where a Family Office, executive assistant, attorney, fiduciary, or other representative makes a request concerning Principal information, Tapestry may require confirmation that the requesting person is authorized to act for the Principal or applicable entity.
Children
The public Tapestry website is not directed to children.
Tapestry does not knowingly collect personal information from children through the public website for marketing purposes.
Information concerning minors may be maintained as part of an authorized private-client engagement when supplied by a parent, guardian, Principal, or authorized representative for legitimate household, travel, emergency, or operational purposes.
Data Breach Response
