Website Terms of Use
Last Updated: October 2026
These Website Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Tapestry Estate & Lifestyle, LLC website, client portal, online forms, digital resources, and related online services.
By accessing or using these digital services, you agree to these Terms.
About Tapestry
Tapestry Estate & Lifestyle, LLC provides private estate operations, lifestyle management, Family Office support, Home Watch, private travel coordination, residence hospitality, project oversight, vendor coordination, household operations support, and related private-client services.
Website descriptions are informational and do not independently establish a client engagement.
No Engagement Created by Website Use
Viewing the website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a consultation, creating a portal account, exchanging preliminary information, or receiving informational materials does not by itself create an estate-management, agency, fiduciary, employment, vendor-management, financial, travel, or other professional engagement.
A client engagement exists only when established through the applicable written agreement or other authorized written engagement documentation.
Governing Client Agreements
Actual Tapestry services are governed by the applicable executed agreements and authorizations.
The Estate & Lifestyle Management Agreement, ELMA-2026-01, serves as Tapestry's primary governing client contract where used.
Service-specific addenda, authorizations, Statements of Work, proposals, and related executed documents may supplement that agreement.
If these Website Terms conflict with an executed client agreement concerning the actual provision of services, the executed client agreement controls as to that engagement.
Website Service Descriptions
Descriptions of services, examples, pricing, availability, service levels, response priorities, timelines, and other website content are informational unless expressly incorporated into an executed agreement.
Tapestry may modify website descriptions, availability, or published pricing.
An engagement is governed by the scope and pricing confirmed in the applicable executed documents.
Home Watch
Tapestry Home Watch consists of scheduled visual property observation and reporting services within the agreed scope.
Home Watch is periodic and does not constitute continuous monitoring.
It is not a licensed home inspection, engineering inspection, environmental inspection, security-monitoring service, construction inspection, mold assessment, or technical certification.
Applicable Home Watch engagements are governed by the relevant signed client documents, including HWA-2026-01 where used.
Estate and Lifestyle Management
Estate and lifestyle-management services may include operational oversight, vendor coordination, household operations, staff coordination, property readiness, maintenance administration, project tracking, purchasing administration, lifestyle support, travel coordination, and related Owner's Representative functions.
Tapestry does not independently perform regulated trade, legal, tax, accounting, investment, engineering, medical, aviation-operational, maritime-operational, security, or other licensed professional services unless separately qualified and expressly engaged to do so.
Specialized services are performed by appropriately qualified third parties.
Family Office Support
Tapestry may support Family Offices as an estate-operations and administrative resource.
The scope of authority depends on the applicable written engagement and any authorization provided by the Principal, Family Office, property owner, fiduciary, or other authorized party.
Website use does not grant Tapestry authority to bind a Principal or Family Office to contracts or expenditures.
Travel and Concierge Services
Where Tapestry coordinates travel, accommodations, private aviation, transportation, reservations, experiences, provisioning, shopping, or other concierge arrangements, the underlying service is generally supplied by independent third parties.
Supplier terms, cancellation rules, availability, operating requirements, and service conditions may apply separately.
Tapestry's role is limited to the scope defined in the applicable client engagement.
Capital Projects and Renovations
Tapestry may provide administrative project coordination, documentation, reporting, vendor liaison, and Owner's Representative services.
Tapestry is not a general contractor, architect, engineer, code inspector, or construction professional unless separately licensed and expressly engaged in that capacity.
Contractors and licensed professionals remain responsible for their work, means and methods, permitting, technical determinations, code compliance, warranties, personnel, and safety obligations.
Vendors and Third Parties
Tapestry may coordinate independent vendors and service providers for clients.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, those providers remain independent businesses responsible for their own work, personnel, insurance, licensing, professional conclusions, warranties, and compliance obligations.
Tapestry does not guarantee third-party performance.

The client is responsible for identifying authorized representatives and promptly notifying Tapestry when access should be changed or revoked.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in an executed agreement, portal dashboards, status indicators, checklists, reports, schedules, estimates, notes, and similar materials do not constitute legal, accounting, engineering, construction, insurance, security, medical, tax, investment, or other professional advice or certification.

Do not use the portal to report an emergency requiring immediate police, fire, medical, security, or other emergency response.

Third-Party Services and Links
The website or portal may integrate or link to independent services, including payment, scheduling, cloud storage, mapping, travel, electronic-signature, accounting, or vendor platforms.
Tapestry is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security, content, or terms of third-party platforms.
Availability
Tapestry does not guarantee uninterrupted website or portal availability.
Access may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance, updates, internet outages, third-party-provider failures, security measures, force majeure, or other circumstances.
Disclaimer of Website Information

No website content constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, engineering, construction, insurance, security, employment, immigration, real-estate brokerage, or other regulated professional advice.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tapestry is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages arising solely from use of or inability to use the public website or portal.
Nothing in these Website Terms limits liability that applicable law does not permit to be limited.
Liability arising from an actual client engagement is governed by the applicable executed client agreement.
Indemnity for Misuse
To the extent permitted by law, a user is responsible for claims, losses, or expenses resulting from that user's unlawful use of the website or portal, unauthorized disclosure of portal information, infringement of third-party rights, or intentional circumvention of security controls.
Privacy
Use of the website and portal is also subject to the Tapestry Privacy Policy.
